WARRANTY INFORMATION

All floorplain® products are produced in the USA using only 1st quality materials in its process.

State of the art equipment produces precise products in a variety of sizes to fit industry uses.

All panels should be inspected prior to installation.

• floorplain® warrants its products from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of 1 year from the original invoice date.
• Claims for defective merchandise must be made with dealer within 1 year of original invoice date.
• We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection, or be inspected by our representative in the field.
• Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise. If claim is justified the item will be replaced, or a credit will be issued. It is floorplain® policy to replace panels whenever possible.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary state to state.
